About Our Mission

What Is The 4:14?

Our goal is to connect with people in the adult entertainment industry in our area. This means going into the clubs, porn shops, and massage parlors to spread the gospel. We do that by building genuine relationships and creating opportunities to invite them into community and fellowship with Jesus. We have a dedicated prayer team that faithfully lifts up our outreach team before each interaction. We also have teams who prepare thoughtful gifts like baked goods, cards, and other handmade items for our outreach team to share in meaningful and intentional ways.

Our Values

Voice of the Lord: We value obedience to the Lord’s voice above all else.

Presence of the Lord: He is worthy of our adoration. The heart of our ministry is worship.

Humility: We recognize our radical need for God and recognize that humility is the foundational virtue that builds up the spiritual life within us.

Journey of Transformation: We value the unique work of the Lord within individual lives and how He uses redemption stories for His glory.

Our Statements of Faith

There is one God, infinite, eternal, and unchangeable in His being, wisdom, power, holiness, love, justice, goodness, and truth, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who desires that we should know Him intimately and live a life of fulfillment through the pursuit of His glory. We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to hell. The third day he rose again from the dead. We believe that the Holy Spirit is part of the Godhead (Father, Son, Spirit). The Holy Spirit is divine, equal in authority to the other members of the Godhead.
He convicts the world of sin, brings repentance and faith to the believer, and indwells with believers. His main role is to convict of sin and to seal believers

We believe the Bible is the Inspired Word of God. The Old and New Testaments, in their entirety, constitute the written Word of God and are without error in the original manuscripts. We believe that everyone who calls on Jesus as Lord and Savior is a member of the Body of Christ, the Church universal, which spans all of time and space.

Each member of this body of believers is equipped with skills, gifts, and talents that the Church universal needs to work in unity.

We believe that all humanity is created by God as male or female, equal in worth and distinct in gender. All humans are created in the Image of God; therefore, all human life is sacred. We believe that prayer is purposefully communicating to God. Through prayer, we acknowledge our dependency on Christ and we rejoice in boldly bringing both requests and praises to God, knowing that He hears and responds. This team makes and prays over homemade cards that are handed out in the strip clubs, porn shops, and massage parlors.

Card Maker

This team makes and prays over homemade treats for the outreach teams to deliver in person at the clubs, parlors, and porn shops.

Baker

This team seeks to cover the ministry in prayer. During outreach nights, they remain at the office to intercede for the team and for those we serve.

They are on call for any additional prayer needs throughout the week.

Prayer

This team makes handmade items and donates gifts that we take into the clubs, parlors, and shops 4x a year.

Gift Maker

This team is our boots on the ground. They go into the strip clubs, massage parlors, and porn shops to share the love of Christ through relationship building.
