For Such A Time As This
There are 3.3 million people caught in trafficking or sexual exploitation in the United States. Most will never hear the gospel.
This battle is not against flesh and blood. Our enemy isn’t the men in the clubs; our enemy isn't the traffickers; our enemy isn't addiction; our enemy isn’t sexuality. Our enemy is Satan and his blatant attack on God’s precious gift of sexuality. Both men and women are held captive. We have the unique privilege of taking back God’s narrative on sexuality inside these very places where Satan’s chains are worn.
In a “porn norm” culture, we are no longer a ministry on the fringe of society; this has become necessity ministry. We want to see radical transformation of the darkest places in our city. We want to see Jesus transform lives like He has done for each of us. We want to see Satan banished and the power that raised Jesus from the dead unleashed.
We are boots on the ground in this battle for souls.
Sexual Exploitation
People in this industry typically end up in sexually exploitative situations through one or a combination of three avenues: See below.
Circumstance
When a need goes unmet, people want to find a way to fulfill that. These vulnerable individuals are more likely to experience sex trafficking, abuse, and exploitation sooner than those there by choice.
Choice
These individuals will likely experience exploitation and abuse at some point in their career. The longer they are in the industry, the higher the chances of them becoming a victim of human trafficking.
Coerced
Coerced individuals are victims of sexual exploitation because they are not in the Adult Entertainment industry by choice.

Coercion

Many begin working in the industry as a choice because they see it as empowering, a way to make a high wage, they enjoy dancing, or it seems like a suitable career option.
